DIALETO ASSERTIVO has been awarded a contract for conducting a Study of a Solution For The Provision of Internet Services within the scope of a regional African project that is currently being developed in Angola, Benin, Cabo Verde, Cameroon, Congo, Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, São Tomé e Príncipe and Togo.
DIALETO ASSERTIVO does not represent nor commit its contracting party and the sole purpose of this study are:
- To recommend our contracting party which operators should be considered for an RFP (Request for Proposal) that will be distributed to the eligible entities at a later stage of this process;
- To develop and recommend to our contracting party the most cost effective network architecture, based on the inputs received within the replies to RFI (Request For Information) to be issued.
By replying to the RFI there is no commitment for future business.
The purpose of this Study is to enable the Contracting Party Project Team with a recommendation about the most cost-effective solution for providing internet services to the operations centers participating in the project.
The information underlying the cost-effectiveness decision should include, among other, the internet services bandwidth, availability and reliability, technologies used (i.e. fiber optic, coax cable, 3G, twisted-pair, etc.), service level agreements (SLA) offered as well as investment and operational costs.
